Jodi will send a tuition-invoice text reminder at the end of each month, regarding the tuition amount due for the month ahead.

Makeup Lesson Policy
Lessons that are canceled by a student 24 hours or less, will be charged for that lesson, and a make-up lesson is not guaranteed or required. However, a reschedule may be offered (within a given month), based on my current availability. Make-up classes may be in-person or virtual. If I need to cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled, extended prorated, or monetary value returned. The monthly tuition fee will be prorated for any major holidays or vacation weeks that I take.

Virtual make-ups are via FaceTime, Skype, Google Meet, or Zoom. Vocal students need two devices, one for the call and one to play tracks for singing.

Safety – Sickness or Inclement Weather
Safety for all is important; therefore, please communicate any illness as soon as possible. In the event the sickness is manageable but could be contagious, I will offer a virtual class for that day. In the event of severe weather or dangerous road conditions, classes may be moved to virtual. If classes are canceled
outright for any reason, a prorate or make-up class will be extended.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to terminate lessons, a one-month notice would be appreciated. No refunds for missed lessons, no shows, or mid-month termination.

Payment Policy
When sending digital payments via Venmo or PayPal, please make sure to send the payment as “friends or family” and NOT as “goods and services”. When payments are sent as “goods and services”, the payment platforms charge me 2.5% of the payment. You can still use the memo form, i.e., for “Piano or Vocal class”, etc
for your records.

Feel free to reach out with any questions. I look forward to working with you!
