Facility Rentals
Rent the Sharonville Cultural Arts Center for your upcoming event!
Host a birthday party, anniversary party, movie premiere, wedding, rehearsal dinner, or any other community or family event. You can rent a portion of the facility or the entire building, whichever best fits your needs.
The SCAC Theater seats 151 people and comes complete with full lighting, sound, and AV needs.
The Upstairs Loft holds 65 people seated and includes a projector and a kitchenette.
The Westheimer Gallery holds 30 people seated, and is a perfect space for a small meeting, bridal shower, or workshop.

Monday–Thursday Rentals
- The Gallery and Loft may be rented on weekdays at an hourly rate, with a two-hour minimum.
- The base cost to rent the Theater during the week is $300, which includes up to six hours of use.
- The Loft and Theater can be rented together for $500 (up to six hours).
- All three spaces, the Gallery, Loft, and Theater, may be rented for $1,000 (up to six hours).
Weekend Rentals
- The base cost to rent the Theater, Gallery or Loft is noted in the table above and includes up to six hours of use.
Additional fees or rate adjustments may apply for extended use or modified services, including but not limited to staffing, technical support, or equipment needs including but not limited to:
- AV (microphones, band setup, stage lighting) and SCAC AV personnel
- Additional cleanup or setup personnel or SCAC event hosting
- Receipt of vendor deliveries
- Ticketing or Marketing services
